Amaravati: Chief Minister Chandrababu stated that there is a risk of facing difficult conditions due to the nationwide impact of El Niño. He warned that severe drinking water shortages could arise. He instructed ministers to implement robust measures to overcome the crisis, prioritize drinking water supply, ensure there is no shortage of cattle fodder, and prevent any difficulties from arising. He emphasized that all departments must work in coordination to tackle the El Niño crisis.
