Summer Holidays for Anganwadi Staff
Amaravati: The government has granted summer holidays to Anganwadi staff in a phased manner during the month of May. Holidays have been announced for Anganwadi Helpers from the 1st to the 15th of this month, and for Anganwadi Workers from the 16th to the 30th. However, Anganwadi centers will continue to function as usual during this period. Venugopal Reddy, Director of the State Department of Women and Child Welfare, issued these orders on Saturday. He directed officials to take necessary measures to ensure that the nutritional support scheme remains uninterrupted during this time.
