TCS Prioritizes Digital and AI Experts
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the country's largest IT services company, is shifting its recruitment strategy. It is prioritizing the hiring of individuals with skills in digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI). TCS Chief Operating Officer (COO) N.G. Subramaniam stated that 80 percent of the company's future new hires would possess digital and AI skills. He noted that revenue growth driven by AI would help boost profit margins.
