They suggest eating fish, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, blueberries, and beans that contain omega-3. One should stay away from foods high in sugar and carbohydrates. Exercise at least 150 minutes a week. Quit smoking. Get 7-8 hours of sleep a day. Need to sleep.
