What to Avoid Eating During Summer
Doctors warn against consuming high-oil foods—such as *bajjis*, *pakodis*, chips, and deep-fried items—during the summer season. They stated that these foods can lead to fatigue and acidity, and can also impair the digestive system. Furthermore, they advised against consuming sweets, packaged juices, and sugary soft drinks, noting that these can compromise one's immunity. They also cautioned that processed and packaged foods pose a risk to health.
