He took away the transformer in the hope of cutting the electricity connection
A man took away a government transformer in the hope of cutting the current connection for dues. This happened in Bhindi district of Madhya Pradesh. The accused, Shriram Bihari Tripathi, has a debt of ₹1,49,795. He thought that the staff would remove the 25KV transformer along with the house connection. So he removed it and took it home. The police registered a case and seized the equipment.
