250-Foot ‘Independence Arch’ Proposed for U.S. Capital!
President Trump has shared the design for a proposed 250-foot ‘Independence Arch’ to be built in the U.S. capital, Washington D.C. Trump noted that previous administrations had attempted to construct a similar structure twice—once 200 years ago and again 124 years ago. He remarked that while all other major cities in the world possess such monuments, Washington D.C. is the only one that currently lacks one. The proposal has met with a mixed response locally. Recently, protests also erupted regarding proposed changes to the White House.
