90% of Engineering Seats Filled!
Hyderabad: The Council of Technical Education released the list of initial seat allocations (mock allotment) for government and private engineering colleges across the state on Saturday. Officials stated that out of a total of 88,053 seats available under the convener quota across 175 engineering institutions in the state, 79,313 seats are being filled. While 8,740 seats remained vacant, an equal number of candidates who had exercised their options failed to secure a seat.
