Acquisition by Godrej Capital
Godrej Capital announced on Wednesday that it is acquiring the gold loan business of Kanakadurga Finance, which operates out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The acquisition is being executed through its subsidiary, Godrej Finance. The deal is valued at ₹117 crore.
