Another Setback for Mamata!
West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee has suffered yet another setback, following a series of blows from leaders within her own party since the conclusion of the Bengal Assembly elections. TMC State President Chandrima Bhattacharya resigned on Saturday; in her resignation letter, she stated that she was stepping down from all party positions. Following the defeat in the Bengal Assembly elections, Mamata Banerjee had dissolved all party committees on June 3 and appointed new office-bearers.
