Anti-Paper Leak Bill to be tabled in Rajya Sabha
The 'Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill-2026'—introduced by the Central Government to curb the leakage of examination question papers nationwide—is set to be presented in the Rajya Sabha. While the Lok Sabha has already passed the bill, a lengthy discussion on it is scheduled for today (Thursday) in the Upper House. The bill has been drafted to enhance transparency in the conduct of examinations and to ensure stricter action against those involved in question paper leaks, fraudulent activities, and other irregularities.
