BFSI Sector Hiring Boom
Mumbai: While the IT sector may not be as attractive at present, recruitment in banking, financial services and insurance (BSCI) companies is booming. Recruitment in these companies is expected to grow by 8.7 per cent this fiscal compared to the previous fiscal, according to a report released by recruitment services firm Adecco India on Thursday. It said that recruitment in these companies will grow by 10 per cent by 2030, creating 2.5 lakh new permanent jobs.
