Bhu Bharathi: No Changes Permitted After Registration
Telangana: The government is introducing a new rule regarding the 'Bhu Bharathi' initiative. Once a landowner applies for a land survey via the integrated portal, surveyors will issue notices to the owners of adjacent lands. The survey will be conducted in their presence, and a report will subsequently be submitted to the Tahsildars. Using the survey map provided by the Revenue Department, the farmer must then apply for registration and mutation (change of ownership records) through the Bhu Bharathi portal. Registration will be granted strictly based on the land area determined during the survey; no modifications or changes will be permitted thereafter.
