Rahul Gandhi targeted the central NDA government in Colombia, saying, "Democracy in India is in danger. Democratic institutions are being systematically attacked, and certain sections of society are being suppressed. There is no freedom of speech." He further stated, "The people of India will not tolerate a system like China's. They cannot be suppressed or subjected to a dictatorial system." BJP-RSS ideology is cowardly - Rahul Rahul Gandhi also attacked the RSS and BJP in Colombia, accusing them of basing their ideology on cowardice. Rahul Gandhi alleged, "This is the nature of the BJP-RSS. For example, the Foreign Minister once said, 'China is much more powerful than us, how can I fight them?' BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia said, "Rahul Gandhi has done it again: insulted India on foreign soil. From denigrating our democracy in London to mocking our institutions in the United States, and now in Colombia, he leaves no opportunity to insult India on the global stage. You have lost power. Don't lose patriotism. Criticizing the BJP may be your right, but how dare you defame Mother India for your cheap and petty politics."
