Car Prices Set to Rise!
Car manufacturers are poised to deliver another shock to consumers; they are gearing up to hike the prices of their vehicles once again. Having already raised prices in January—citing the depreciation of the Rupee and rising raw material costs—several companies are now preparing for a fresh round of increases. Specifically, Mercedes-Benz and Audi are set to raise their prices by 2% each next month, while Tata Motors plans a 1.5% hike. Other major manufacturers, including Hyundai and Maruti Suzuki, are also reportedly considering revising their pricing structures.
