CBI Files Chargesheet Against Anil Ambani and Rana Kapoor Over Misuse of rupees 2796 Crore Bank Funds
New Delhi: The CBI on Thursday filed a chargesheet in a Mumbai special court against Anil Dhirubhai Ambani (ADA) Group Chairman Anil Ambani and former Yes Bank CEO Rana Kapoor for allegedly misappropriating Rs 2,796 crore of bank funds in collusion. It has been alleged that the Anil Ambani group made huge investments in Yes Bank despite knowing that its industries were in financial trouble and that financial institutions were keeping an eye on them.
