Farmers' welfare is the government's top priority: Minister Atchannaidu
Amaravati: Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu announced that the first installment of funds under the ‘Annadatha Sukhibhava - PM Kisan’ scheme would be released today (Saturday). He stated that ₹3,125 crore would be credited to 46.85 lakh farming families. He mentioned that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu would release the funds from Linganguntla. He added that ₹7,000 would be deposited into each farmer's account, noting that the state's share amounts to ₹2,342.92 crore, while the Centre's share under PM Kisan is ₹782.55 crore.
