Gayle Enters the European T20 League
West Indies cricket legend Chris Gayle has now acquired ownership of a team in franchise cricket. Gayle is set to serve as both a co-owner and the Global Brand Ambassador for the newly announced 'Glasgow MugaFians' team in the European T20 Premier League (ETPL). Notably, actor Abhishek Bachchan also holds a stake as a co-owner of this team. The inaugural edition of the ETPL—featuring six teams (Glasgow, Amsterdam, Dublin, Edinburgh, Belfast, and Rotterdam)—is scheduled to take place from August 26 to September 20 of this year.
