Great Opportunity for Ex-Agniveers
The Central Government has provided a fantastic opportunity for Agniveers. A provision has been made allowing 'Agniveers'—who retire after four years of military service—to easily secure positions within the Central Armed Police Forces. A 50% reservation has been allocated for former Agniveers in roles such as Constable and Rifleman. Additionally, it was announced that there would be no written or physical fitness tests for them. Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai provided this information in a written reply to a question raised in Parliament by BJP MP Janardan Singh.
