High-speed trains to be built with Indian technology: Nirmala Sitharaman
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman clarified that the upcoming high-speed rail network in the country will be built entirely with indigenous technology. In an interview after the budget, she said that these bullet-type trains will run on tracks using Indian technology and Made in India coaches. It is known that a total of 7 corridors, including Mumbai-Pune, Pune-Hyderabad, Hyderabad-Bengaluru, and Hyderabad-Chennai, were proposed in the budget.
