Infosys Profit at ₹7,823 Crore
Infosys Limited, the country’s second-largest IT services company, has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹7,823 crore for the second quarter (Q2) of the current financial year, ending in September. This marks a 6.2% growth compared to the profit of ₹7,364 crore recorded during the same period in the previous financial year. Sequentially, the profit increased by 0.7% from the ₹7,769 crore reported in the first quarter, which ended in June. For the quarter under review, Infosys’s revenue rose by 10.7% year-on-year to reach ₹49,244 crore.
