Maize Prices Rise Further
Warangal: Maize prices have increased further. At the Warangal (Enumamula) agricultural market, the price per quintal was ₹2,750 last Tuesday; it rose by another ₹25 on Wednesday, reaching ₹2,775 per quintal. Farmers expressed happiness after traders purchased 60 bags of maize brought to the market by Samala Eshwar, a farmer from Vardhannapet village in Warangal district, at a rate of ₹2,775 per quintal.
