Prioritize Indigenous Products: Modi
New Delhi: Prime Minister Modi has urged the people of the country to prioritize indigenous products crafted by local artisans for the festival of Diwali. He noted that this would not only strengthen the domestic economy but also bring light into the lives of many impoverished artisans. He added that this initiative would provide momentum to the ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign. The Prime Minister made these remarks during the 139th episode of his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio program on Sunday.
