Special Grade Post Scale for Grade-3 ANMs
The Health Department is set to grant the 'Special Grade Post Scale' under the Automatic Advancement Scheme to Grade-3 ANMs working in village and ward secretariats. This benefit will apply to staff members who have completed six years of service. The Commissioner of Health has written to the District Medical and Health Officers (DMHOs) regarding this matter. Instructions have been issued to all DMHOs in the state to identify Grade-3 ANMs under their jurisdiction and prepare a list of those who have completed six years of service.
