Stock markets ended with losses
Domestic stock markets ended with losses. The Sensex closed at 83459, down 519 points, while the Nifty lost 165 points and settled at 25597. Power Grid, Coal India, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto were the top losers. Titan, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Finance, M&M, HDFC Life gained. Except for consumer durables and telecom, all other sector stocks turned red.
