Supreme Court concerned over student dissatisfaction
New Delhi: The Supreme Court noted that students are expressing strong dissatisfaction with the CBSE's digital evaluation process. The Court voiced concern over the rising number of complaints from students regarding the system. A bench led by Justice Surya Kant made these observations while hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a directive to the Central Government and the CBSE to formulate guidelines for the digital evaluation of answer sheets under the ‘On-Screen Marking (OSM)’ system.
