Two Gold Medals for Lokesh’s OSD!
Amaravati: SV University has awarded two gold medals to Dr. Kasireddy Varaprasad, who serves as the OSD (Officer on Special Duty) to Minister Lokesh. Varaprasad, who earned his PhD in Economics from that university, presented a paper explaining how to secure long-term funding for creating urban infrastructure such as roads and water supply systems. The paper analyzed how urban local bodies could utilize municipal bonds to raise these funds.
