Why Has Iran’s Supreme Leader Not Been Seen?
Reports circulating in international media suggest that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, sustained severe injuries during attacks carried out by the U.S. and Israel on February 28. It is reported that he suffered injuries to his legs and face. Consequently, it appears he is not making public appearances and is instead issuing directives to the military and other leaders via audio messages. Reports suggest that discussions regarding a ceasefire have also been held with the United States.
