AP High Court makes strong remarks against IPS officer Sunil Kumar
Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court heard the anticipatory bail petition filed by IPS officer Sunil Kumar Naik on Thursday. During the hearing, the Court made strong observations, stating that anticipatory bail should not serve as a shield for an IPS officer facing serious allegations, such as custodial torture of a Member of Parliament. The Court also questioned the petitioner, asking, "By when will you surrender?"
