Water Storage in Reservoirs Declining Due to Siltation
Hyderabad: Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy has directed officials to formulate a sustainable and scientific plan for desilting reservoirs. He held a high-level review meeting with officials on Wednesday at his office in the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Secretariat. He instructed them to study the desilting methods implemented in other states and draft guidelines suitable for implementation in Telangana.
