AP’s First Vande Bharat Sleeper: Direct Route Greenlit Between Vizag and Bengaluru
Andhra Pradesh is set to get its first Vande Bharat Sleeper train, offering fast overnight travel between Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru. Operating six days a week, the proposed high-speed service will cover the route in about 14 hours—significantly reducing current travel times. Scheduled to depart Visakhapatnam in the evening via Key junctions like Vijayawada, Nandyal, and Dharmavaram, this modern sleeper train will bring world-class comfort and major convenience to interstate commuters.
