Centre Praises AP’s Education Initiatives
Amaravati: The Central Government has commended the reforms implemented in Andhra Pradesh regarding digital education. B. Srinivasa Rao, State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha, participated in a meeting on ‘Aadhaar-based Digital Public Infrastructure’ held in Delhi on Wednesday. He explained that cash transfers under the ‘Thalliki Vandanam’ scheme are being executed via the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode and noted that the implementation of the ‘PM SHRI’ scheme, along with the provision of sanitary napkins, scholarships, and transport facilities, has been integrated into a single digital network.
