Elections in Bangladesh today.. Opportunities for that party!
Bangladesh is going to the polls today. The election is being held after Sheikh Hasina stepped down, and the focus of other countries, including India, is on Bangladesh. Out of a total of 350 seats, 300 will be up for election. Another 50 seats will be reserved for women and the selection will be done indirectly. The main contest is between the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and the Jamaat-e-Islami, but surveys show that the Bangladesh Nationalist Party has a chance of winning.
