India did not say it would not buy oil: Russia
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that no one except Trump has said that India will not buy oil from them. “I have not heard such a statement from Prime Minister Modi and other Indian ministers,” he said in response to a question from the opposition in the country’s parliament. It is known that Trump has threatened to impose 25% tariffs on India if it does not stop buying oil from Russia.
