Vijayawada: Another case has been registered against Nagaraju, the former CI of Krishnalanka in the city. The legal net is tightening around the suspended CI, who is implicated in the suicide of Perupogu Kranthi Kumar. Police have now filed an additional case against him in this matter. New sections—specifically regarding abetment to suicide and charges under the SC/ST Atrocities Act—have been added to the existing allegations against him. A selfie video recorded by Kranthi Kumar before taking his own life has emerged as a crucial turning point in the case.
