Hyderabad: The Metro Rail, renowned as a modern public transport system, serves lakhs of passengers daily. However, the complete digitization of the ticketing process is causing difficulties for commuters. Passengers are expressing dissatisfaction as ticket counters at several metro stations have been shut down, with staff directing them to use Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) instead. This situation is evident even at the key Ameerpet Metro Station.
