Salaries delayed every month!
Hyderabad: The state government has issued clear directives mandating that salaries and wages for all categories of employees—regular, contract, outsourcing, and honorarium-based—must be paid on the first day of every month. However, there is growing criticism that these orders are not being implemented at Osmania University. Contract employees at Osmania University (OU) are expressing deep distress as they have not yet received their salaries, even though it is already the 6th of the month; they lament that payments are delayed every month.
